Securitization Act definition

Securitization Act means the “Louisiana Electric Utility Storm Recovery Securitization Act,” codified at La. R.S. 45:1226-1240, as amended.
Securitization Act means Subchapter I of Chapter 36 of the Public Utility Regulatory Act, adopted and effective in August 2009, that allows for the securitization of system restoration costs, together with Subchapter G of Chapter 39 of the Public Utility Regulatory Act.
Securitization Act means Indiana Code § 8-1-40.5, authorizing the securitization of certain generating facilities and qualified extraordinary costs, and providing for the approval and issuance of securitization bonds.

  • The Indenture and this Supplement constitute a security agreement within the meaning of the Securitization Act and under the UCC to the extent that the provisions of the UCC are applicable hereto.
