Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of the Periodic Finance Charges, Annual Membership Fees, Cash Advance Fees, Late Fees, Overlimit Fees, return check fees and similar fees and charges and Discount Receivables.
Securitization Rate means, with respect to a 2016-A Lease, an annualized rate that is equal to 7.00%.
Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.
Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.
Securitization Asset means (a) any accounts receivable, mortgage receivables, loan receivables, royalty, franchise fee, license fee, patent or other revenue streams and other rights to payment or related assets and the proceeds thereof and (b) all collateral securing such receivable or asset, all contracts and contract rights, guarantees or other obligations in respect of such receivable or asset, lockbox accounts and records with respect to such account or asset and any other assets customarily transferred (or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted) together with accounts or assets in connection with a securitization, factoring or receivable sale transaction.
Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.
Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Prepayment Charge Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Charge and the term during which such Prepayment Charge is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.
Engineer-In-Charge (EIC means the Engineer officer authorised to direct, supervise and be In-charge of the works for the purpose of this contract who shall supervise and be in charge of the work.
Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.
Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.
Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.
Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).
Finance Charge Account is defined in Section 4.9(a).
Collateral Servicing Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during each Collection Period, determined pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
collection charges means the charges which the Municipality is entitled to recover in terms of section 75A(1) of the Systems Act, and includes the administrative cost –
Investor Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Collections allocated to the Series issued pursuant to this Indenture Supplement pursuant to Section 4.3(a) for all Dates of Processing during such Monthly Period.
Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).
Subservicing Fee As to any Mortgage Loan, the fee payable monthly to the related Subservicer (or, in the case of a Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan, to the Master Servicer) in respect of subservicing and other compensation that accrues at an annual rate equal to the excess of the Mortgage Rate borne by the related Mortgage Note over the rate per annum designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "CURR NET" for such Mortgage Loan.
Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.
Servicing Reserve means, for any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (a) the Servicing Fee Rate, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the highest Days Sales Outstanding for the most recent 12 Calculation Periods and the denominator of which is 360.
Class B Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.
Securitization Fees means distributions or payments made directly or by means of discounts with respect to any participation interest issued or sold in connection with, and other fees paid to a Person that is not a Securitization Subsidiary in connection with, any Qualified Securitization Facility.
Excess Servicing Fee means with respect to each Mortgage Loan and Serviced Companion Loan (and any successor REO Loan with respect thereto), that portion of the Master Servicing Fee that accrues in the same manner as the Master Servicing Fee at a per annum rate equal to the Excess Servicing Fee Rate.
