Securitization Closing Date definition

Securitization Closing Date means the date upon which a Securitization closes.
Securitization Closing Date means the date designated or deemed to be designated by Lender as the “Securitization Closing Date” in accordance with Section 2.4(e) hereof.
Securitization Closing Date means a date selected by Lender in its sole discretion by providing not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior notice to Borrower.

  • Other than with respect to any Mortgage Loan that was subject to a Principal Prepayment in Full occurring after the Cut-off Date but prior to the Securitization Closing Date, the Mortgage has not been satisfied, cancelled, subordinated or rescinded, in whole or in part, and the Mortgaged Property has not been released from the lien of the Mortgage, in whole or in part, nor has any instrument been executed that would effect any such release, cancellation, subordination or rescission.

  • In lieu of such designation, Lender may elect that the Interest Accrual Period with respect to the first Payment Date after the Securitization Closing Date and each Payment Date thereafter shall be the calendar month preceding such Payment Date.

  • As of the Closing Date, and to Accredited's knowledge as of the Securitization Closing Date, there is no proceeding pending or threatened for the total or partial condemnation of the Mortgaged Property.
