Security Deposit Adjustment Amount definition

Security Deposit Adjustment Amount means an amount equal to the product of (A) the Security Deposit Amount multiplied by (B) the Security Deposit Adjustment Percentage; provided, however, in the event the Security Deposit Traffic Number is equal to at least 74 million, the Security Deposit Adjustment Amount shall be deemed to be zero.
