Security Incident Report definition

Security Incident Report or “SIR” means a report prepared by Contractor regarding a Security Incident which includes, at a minimum, the information more fully set forth below in Section 5.
Security Incident Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1(b) of Schedule N.

  • Following the conclusion or solution of the reported incident, a Final Security Incident Report should be submitted to the CST to identify the resolution of the reported event and provide details indicating the resolution thereof.
