Security Percentage definition

Security Percentage. With respect to any Payment Date and Security, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the Security Balance of such Security immediately prior to such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate of the Security Balances of all Securities as of such date.
Security Percentage means, in respect of a Vessel Tranche, one hundred and twenty five per cent (125%) of that Vessel Tranche provided that, if the Charter of the Vessel to which that Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx relates has less than twelve (12) months to run until it expires by effluxion of time, such percentage shall be increased to one hundred and sixty per cent (160%) of that Vessel Tranche.
Security Percentage means the percentage specified as such in the applicable Final Terms. Other than in the case of Securities which are Italian Listed Securities, the Security Percentage may be adjusted by the Calculation Agent on each Reset Date in order to take into account changes in market conditions (including, in particular, volatility), provided that the adjusted Security Percentage (a) unless the Security Percentage is equal to zero, fallsbetween the "Minimum Security Percentage" and the "Maximum Security Percentage" specified in the applicable Final Terms and (b) does not trigger the occurrence of an Automatic Early Redemption Event;

More Definitions of Security Percentage

  • Priority Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent (carried to six places rounded up) of a fraction the numerator of which is the Class Certificate Balance of the Class A-6 Certificates immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of all Classes of Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates) immediately prior to such date.

  • Equity Percentage means the aggregate ownership percentage of Borrower in each Unconsolidated Affiliate, which shall be calculated as the greater of (a) Borrower’s nominal capital ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate as set forth in the Unconsolidated Affiliate’s organizational documents, and (b) Borrower’s economic ownership interest in the Unconsolidated Affiliate, reflecting Borrower’s share of income and expenses of the Unconsolidated Affiliate.

  • Aggregate Loss Severity Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate amount of Realized Losses incurred on any Mortgage Loans from the Cut-off Date to the last day of the preceding calendar month and the denominator of which is the aggregate principal balance of such Mortgage Loans immediately prior to the liquidation of such Mortgage Loans.

  • Guarantor Percentage has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.10.

  • Note Percentage means (i) for each Payment Date until the aggregate principal amount of each Class of Notes has been paid in full, 100%; and (ii) thereafter, 0%.

  • Applicable Revolving Percentage means with respect to any Revolving Lender at any time, such Revolving Lender’s Applicable Percentage in respect of the Revolving Facility at such time.

  • Applicable Collateral Percentage with respect to any Firm Collateral or Special Firm Collateral, has the meaning set forth in the books and records of the Partnership with respect thereto.

  • Discount Percentage shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.11.

  • Uptime Percentage The Uptime Percentage is calculated using the following formula: where Downtime is measured in user-minutes; that is, for each Applicable Period, Downtime is the sum of the length (in minutes) of each Incident that occurs during that Applicable Period multiplied by the number of users impacted by that Incident.   • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Applicable Percentage means, with respect to any Lender, the percentage of the total Commitments represented by such Lender’s Commitment. If the Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Percentages shall be determined based upon the Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.

  • Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor, 10.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 8.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 6.00% and (iv) for any Group D Obligor, 4.00%.

  • Applicable Credit Support Percentage As defined in Section 4.02(e).

  • Asset Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(ii).

  • Applicable L/C Fee Percentage means, as at any date of determination, a rate per annum equal to the Applicable Eurodollar Margin for Revolving Loans in effect on such date.
