Security Questions definition

Security Questions has the meaning given to this term in Section C.3.a.
Security Questions. The security questions and answers provided are private and cannot be seen by the Bank. If you do not recall or do not recognize the presented security question when attempting to log on, you may contact the Bank to request that your questions be reset.
Security Questions mean an agreed upon list of user- specific questions and answers that may be randomly presented to an Authorized Representative who attempts to communicate to Bank a Payment Order instruction under the Bill Pay Service. Company agrees that Xxxx’s employment of Security Questions to confirm the identity of the Company’s Authorized Representative who logs on from a device that is not a Recognized Device, along with a user’s proper submission of Access Credentials, is a commercially reasonable alternative security procedure for authenticating Payment Order instructions under the Bill Pay Service, which is agreed to by Company for its own needs and convenience. Company agrees that the repetitive use of the Security Questions over time, for each and every log on event made from a non-Recognized Device, is requested by Company for its own convenience and desires. The occurrence of unauthorized access will not affect any transfers made in good faith by Bank prior to receipt of such notification and within a reasonable time period to prevent unauthorized transfers.

  • We reserve the right to edit, amend or issue you with new Security Questions and Answers or require a change of your Security Questions and Answers at any time by giving notice to you.

  • In the event that you appoint an Authorized Person, such person will be required to use the Security Questions and Answers provided by you in order to use the Services.

  • We collect the following information: • E-mail Address • Account Numbers • Passwords • Security Questions The information that we collect from children is used: •To fulfill a requested transaction; and •To access Online Banking or e-statement services.

  • You must keep your User ID, Password, Site Key, and Security Questions secure.

  • The Authorised User will also be required to select 5 different Security Questions and type in different answers to each of these questions.

  • ANZ encourages you to change your Password, Site Key, Security Questions on a regular basis.

  • To change your Password, Site Key, Security Questions you can either follow the instructions outlined in the ‘‘My Profile’’ function on ANZ Internet Banking Profile tab or contact the ANZ Internet Banking Support Centre on the details set out at the end of this document.

Changes to and Interruption of the Services. Bank may on a regular or as needed basis perform maintenance with respect to the system on which the Online Banking Services are made available which may result in interrupted service or errors in the Online Banking Services. Bank also may need to change the scope of the Online Banking Services from time to time. Bank will attempt to provide prior notice of such interruptions and changes, but cannot guarantee that such notice will be provided. If access to the Online Banking Services is interrupted or unavailable through use of Company’s computer and modem, Company should call Bank for assistance in obtaining access. Bank has the right to change Equipment specifications.
Security Questions means a set of questions and answers that is being prompted to you as an additional level of account verification when the system detects unusual transactions via your Connect account. The security questions and answers are set up by you and they act as a secondary method to identify yourself in addition to your Username and Password.

Your Username must be used together with your Password to access the Services. ● We, us, and our means ATBIM or ATBSI, as applicable. ● You and your means the person or entity enrolled with us to access the Site and the Services.
Security Questions means the selection of questions you will be asked when logging into the Internet banking service as further described in clause 2.3

Related to Security Questions

  • Information Security Incident means (i) any actual or suspected incident involving Seller Information System that may involve Buyer’s Sensitive Information, or (ii) any actual or suspected unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of Buyer’s Sensitive Information.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of data or any form that is held by a service provider, relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic data or content data, by which can be established-

  • Schedules means the schedules to this Agreement.

  • Intellectual Property Security Agreement means the Intellectual Property Security Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among the Loan Parties and the Collateral Agent for its own benefit and for the benefit of the other Credit Parties, granting a Lien in the Intellectual Property of the Loan Parties, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
