Seed Account definition
Seed Account means an account established, maintained and managed by the Adviser for the purpose of establishing a performance track record prior to offering a particular investment strategy/style to Advisory Clients or the public or for the purpose of continuing a performance track record during such time as no Advisory Client’s account is being managed utilizing such investment strategy/style.
