Examples of Seed Products in a sentence

  • This warranty applies only to the Licensed Technologies contained in Seed Products that have been purchased from Syngenta, seed companies licensed by Syngenta, or their authorized dealers or distributors.

  • Once this Stewardship Agreement is signed by the Grower then the Grower is granted the limited right, under the applicable Patents, to purchase and plant sweet corn Seed Products containing the Licensed Technology in the United States or Canada (the “Territory”) but strictly according to the terms of the entire Agreement.

  • If this Stewardship Agreement is terminated then Grower will no longer have a right to purchase or use Seed Products, but, Grower’s obligations (including but not limited to the above Grower Responsibilities) and Syngenta’s rights that arose under the Agreement prior to termination shall remain in effect.

  • Syngenta must have prompt notice of any claim arising from the Seed Products or Licensed Technologies so that an immediate inspection of any allegedly affected Seed Product or crop can be made.

  • LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES Syngenta makes no warranty with regard to the Seed Products or Licensed Technologies except as set forth on the label of the packaging of each unit of Seed Product containing the Licensed Technologies.

  • This Agreement (including the most current Stewardship Guide and form), together with the terms on the label of packaging containing Seed Products, constitute the entire agreement between Grower and Syngenta regarding the subject matter hereof and all prior negotiations and understandings between the Grower and Syngenta with respect to such subject matter are hereby superseded.

  • This Agreement (including the most current Syngenta Stewardship Guide and form), together with the terms on the label of packaging containing and/or the seed tag/placard associated with the Seed Products, constitutes the entire agreement between Grower and Syngenta regarding the subject matter hereof and all prior negotiations and understandings between the Grower and Syngenta with respect to such subject matter are hereby superseded.

  • All Authorizations necessary for the cultivation and sale of a single Covered or Generic Event in the United States, and all Authorizations necessary to permit undisrupted trade of material containing a Covered or Generic Event (Seed Products or grain, or any product thereof regulated as a result of the Event).

  • THIRD PARTY TRAIT PROVIDERS / INTENDED BENEFICIARIES Grower acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is entered into for the benefit of third party trait providers (e.g., Dow AgroSciences, Bayer CropScience and Monsanto Company), to the extent their Licensed Technologies are contained in any Seed Products used by Grower.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in the case of DT Seed Products, Commercialize includes the licensing of the Dicamba Trait therein by any member of the Monsanto Group.” Dicamba Tolerant System Agreement § 1.25 (2011).

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.

  • Marijuana-infused products means products that contain marijuana or marijuana extracts and are intended for human use. The term "marijuana-infused products" does not include useable marijuana.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Forest products means all live and dead trees, ferns or shrubs or parts thereof;

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
