Select Employees definition

Select Employees. ' shall mean those employees of the Authority as set forth in Schedule S (of the rank of assistant general manager and below) who are posted at the Airport by the Authority and shall be deployed at the Airport for the duration of the Joint Management Period and Deemed Deputation Period. The Select Employees shall stand reduced to the extent of employees who retire, are deceased or otherwise separated from Authority's services during the Joint Management Period or Deemed Deputation Period. It is clarified that the Select Employees shall not be reduced to the extent of employees who are transferred by AAI.
Select Employees means those employees of the Authority as set forth in Schedule S23 (of the rank of assistant general manager and below) who are posted at the Airport by the Authority and shall be deployed at the Airport for the duration of the Joint Management Period and Deemed Deputation Period.”
Select Employees means each of the Persons set forth in schedule 9 (Select Employees);

Examples of Select Employees in a sentence

  • The Concessionaire may negotiate with the Select Employees and take action as provided under the Applicable Law to change the working practices and conditions of the Select Employees.

  • The Concessionaire shall forthwith clear all its dues towards Select Employees for applicable period in case of retirement/resignation from employment (if any).

  • The Concessionaire may devise a performance linked incentive based on the throughput and productivity of the Select Employees.

  • The CMO/CMO office shall address all issues and grievances of the Select Patients, Select Employees and PPT Beneficiaries.

  • The Select Employees shall have an option to either choose to avail the performance linked incentive or not at any time during the Concession Period based on the applicability and terms & conditions as may be set-forth by the Concessionaire.

  • The working hours of the Select Employees, leaves and public holidays shall be as per existing PPT service rules.

  • Select Employees for positions and to determine the qualifications and competency of Employees to perform available work.

  • Except as provided in accordance with the Company's Change in Control Severance Pay Plan for Select Employees, no current or former employee or director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to receive any additional payment from the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or the Surviving Corporation by reason of the excise tax required by Section 4999(a) of the Code being imposed on such person by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Except as provided in accordance with the Company’s Change in Control Severance Pay Plan for Select Employees, no current or former employee or director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is entitled to receive any additional payment from the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or the Surviving Corporation by reason of the excise tax required by Section 4999(a) of the Code being imposed on such person by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Transmission, access to, storage, retention and the use of any information and records regarding the employment and personnel matters of the Select Employees, Concentra Employees and Former Employees (including benefits eligibility, training history, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, job experience and history and compensation history) (collectively, “Employment Records”) shall be governed by Article VII of the Separation Agreement, except as otherwise explicitly provided herein.
