This Eli Lilly and Company 2007 Change in Control Severance Pay Plan For Select Employees has been established by the Company to provide for the payment of severance pay and benefits to Eligible Employees whose employment with a Participating Employer terminates due to certain conditions created by a Change in Control of the Company.
