Select Service Hotel definition

Select Service Hotel means a Hotel designated as a Select Service Hotel on Schedule 1.
Select Service Hotel means a hotel which provides appropriate standards of physical features and operational services established for hotels by the American Automobile Association,
Select Service Hotel means a lodging/hospitality product with select service offerings such as meeting rooms, and limited food and drink menu; not a full-service hotel. A Select Service Hotel acceptable to LESSOR will be under an upscale, high quality, and nationally recognized hotel brand or brands. A Select Service Hotel is not a Limited Service Hotel, nor a Full Service Hotel, but offers select services from both. Tax shall mean and includes any assessment, imposition, or levy imposed by any governmental body pursuant to its taxing power. Term shall mean the express time period of the Initial Term and Option Terms during which LESSEE has rights and obligations to the Premises as established under express terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • The LESSEE agrees to continuously maintain, preserve and uphold an upscale, high quality, and nationally recognized Select Service Hotel throughout the Initial and Option Terms of this Agreement in full compliance with the franchise license agreement in effect on Opening Day, or any successor franchise license agreements for a hotel of the same or higher quality.

  • In the event LESSEE should not be able to obtain a Select Service Hotel franchise agreement prior to commencement of construction, then the LESSOR shall have the option to terminate this Agreement.

  • The LESSEE shall not operate as other than a Select Service Hotel unless approved in advance by the LESSOR.

  • If Developer fails to meet the deadlines set forth in this Section or cease to operate as a Select Service Hotel or equivalent, the City may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of this intent to Developer.

  • On the Effective Date for each Hotel, Owner agrees to advance to Manager, as Working Capital, an additional amount equal to either (a) $2,000 multiplied by the number of Guest Rooms at such Hotel if such Hotel is a Full Service Hotel or (b) $1,000 multiplied by the number of Guest Rooms at such Hotel if such Hotel is a Select Service Hotel.

  • The Parties recognize that hotel brands may change over time, and the Developer contemplates the Hotel to be operated initially as a Marriott Residence Inn or similar quality Select Service Hotel.
