Selected Investments definition

Selected Investments means any unit trust funds and/or bonds purchased through SCBMB branches and where the customer:
Selected Investments means any Syariah Compliant Unit Trust funds and/or Sukuk purchased through SCSB branches and where the customer:
Selected Investments means single payment UT funds and/or Bonds (“Bonds”) purchased through SCBMB branches and where the Eligible Clients pays a sales charge / bond spread of 2% (“Investment Sales Charge”). NOTE: Please obtain from your Relationship Manager the latest list of investments that are eligible for this Campaign.

Examples of Selected Investments in a sentence

  • All the existing terms and conditions, rules and regulations governing the selected FRNID under the Selected Investments shall apply.

  • Investments in the selected UT Funds in Selected Investments using funds withdrawn from the Employees Provident Fund (“ EPF”) are not allowed.

  • The only purchase transactions that will be undertaken in relation to your Account are purchases using your Regular Investments and any One-Off Investments of such amount of each of your Selected Investments as may (after making provision for any fees and expenses) be acquired at the relevant time on the basis of your Allocation.

  • Joint investments are treated as belonging to the person whose name appears first in the investment transaction form of the Selected Investments (“Investment Primary Accountholder”).

  • Placement of FD and Investment Amounts in the Selected Investments must be made on the same day and cannot be accumulated from different days.

  • The FRNID trade date shall be considered as the FRNID placement date for the selected FRNID products in the Selected Investments.

  • Joint investments are treated as belonging to the person whose name appears first in the investment transaction form of the Selected Investments (“ Investment Primary Accountholder”).

  • The terms and conditions governing the UT transactions and products of the Selected Investments are specified in the relevant latest Prospectus(es) and Supplemental Prospectus(es) thereto (if any) that have been duly registered and approved by the Securities Commission Malaysia which shall be governed by and regulated in accordance with the Capital Markets And Services Act 2007 (as amended) and the relevant guidelines and directives issued by the relevant authorities.

  • HLB reserves the right to amend the participating funds of the Selected Investments listed in Appendix 1 from time to time within the Promotion Period.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: As with all investment products, the Selected Investments carry risks such as market risk, currency risk, and issuer credit risk.

Related to Selected Investments

  • Restricted Investments means all Investments except the following:

  • Quoted Investments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(A).

  • Liquid Investments means:
