You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the decision to invest in your Selected Investments.
Generally, the Client will direct and be responsible for the direction of investments through the Platform by: (i) carefully reviewing the information about investing and the Suggested Investments available on the Platform; (ii) carefully considering the Suggested Investment(s) that EarlyBird generates for you through the Platform; (iii) choosing your Selected Investment(s); and (iv) deciding whether to exclude a Suggested Investment from your Selected Investment(s).
Choosing Selected Investments that are different from Suggested Investments will change the investment characteristics of the holdings of your EarlyBird Account in a way that deviates from the investment advice provided and may adversely impact performance.
The signature on the evaluation merely signifies the Employee has received a copy of the evaluation.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that, as a result, each deposit or transfer you make generally may not be invested in your Selected Investment(s) or Automated Selected Investments for up to five Business Days and that any such uninvested cash will not be subject to financial gains or losses resulting from movement in market prices during that time period.
You further agree that, by initiating, authorizing, or directing a deposit or transfer to your Stash Account, you authorize Stash to place orders with the Broker on your behalf for purchases of the securities that comprise your Selected Investments or your Automated Selected Investments at the time(s) and in amounts calculated by Stash’s portfolio management system.
The Fee will, generally, range from 30 basis points (0.3%) to 150 basis points (1.5%), as adjusted from time to time at the discretion of Avenue and the third party providers of the Selected Investments, of the Client’s assets under management.
The Automated Selected Investments purchased or sold at your direction and/or held in your Managed Portfolio may be either whole shares or fractional shares, depending upon the cost of the shares and the dollar amount contributed to your Managed Portfolio.
When there’s sufficient cash in your Managed Portfolio, you are hereby authorizing Stash to exercise investment discretion to determine which Automated Selected Investments to purchase in order for your Managed Portfolio to remain aligned with your set portfolio allocation.
Further, Stash will not invest any cash in your Managed Portfolio into the Automated Selected Investments unless and until your total cash balance reaches a minimum threshold of $1.00.
