Selection of Consulting Services. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, and except as set forth in the paragraph below, the Borrower shall apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging Consulting Services.
Selection of Consulting Services. The Recipient shall apply the following method for selecting and engaging the specified consulting services, in accordance with, among other things, the procedures set forth in the Procurement Plan: Single Source Selection.

The Borrower may only modify these methods or threshold values with the prior agreement of ADB, and modifications must be set out in updates to the Procurement Plan.
Selection of Consulting Services. 6. The Recipient shall recruit individual consultants for supervision of Project implementation in accordance with procedures acceptable to ADB for recruiting individual consultants.

Except as ADB may otherwise agree, and except as set forth in the paragraph below, the Borrower shall (i) apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging consulting services for capacity development; (ii) apply consultant's qualifications selection for external resettlement monitoring; (iii) recruit the individual consultants in the area of procurement and project management and resettlement in accordance with procedures acceptable to ADB for recruiting individual consultants.

Upon request by the Borrower, ADB shall assist the Borrower with the selection of consultants for Consulting Services and the Borrower shall recruit such consultants selected by ADB.
Selection of Consulting Services. 6. Consultants shall be selected applying QCBS, except for individual Consultants who shall be selected in accordance with procedures acceptable to ADB for recruiting individual consultants.
7. At the request of the Recipient, ADB has agreed, on behalf of the Recipient to select, engage, and manage the Consultants under the various consulting contracts. The Recipient hereby authorizes ADB on its behalf to select, to sign the consulting contracts under the Project, and to manage all activities involving the Consultants and the Consulting Services. The terms of reference of the Consultants shall be as determined by agreement between ADB and the Recipient.

The Recipient has requested ADB to carry out selection of the Project Implementation Consultants on its behalf.
