Consulting Contracts definition

Consulting Contracts means any agreement or contract, purchase order or other written commitment entered into by Development Manager (as agent for and on behalf of the Contributing Parties) with a Consultant;
Consulting Contracts means a Contract, for greater certainty, other than a Benefit Plan, between the Vendor and a Consultant pursuant to which the Vendor is required to pay aggregate amounts in any fiscal year in excess of $20,000;
Consulting Contracts has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Development Management Agreement;

More Definitions of Consulting Contracts

Consulting Contracts means the agreements identified as “Consulting Contracts” on Schedule 5.21, as such agreements may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time; provided, however, that “Consulting Contracts” shall not include any agreement with the Lender Consultants.
Consulting Contracts means any contracts or agreements executed by or on behalf of Lennar Concord and a Project Consultant for management, consulting, professional or other services with respect to the Entitlements.

  • Consulting Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Consulting means the application of scientific principles and procedures in counseling and human development to provide assistance in understanding and solving current or potential problems that the client may have in relation to a third party, individuals, groups, and organizations.

  • Employment Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.05.

  • Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.

  • Employment Contract means any contract between the Corporation or any Designated Affiliate and any Eligible Employee, Eligible Director or Other Participant relating to, or entered into in connection with, the employment of the Eligible Employee, the appointment or election of the Eligible Director or the engagement of the Other Participant or any other agreement to which the Corporation or a Designated Affiliate is a party with respect to the rights of such Participant in respect of a change in control of the Corporation or the termination of employment, appointment, election or engagement of such Participant;

  • IT Contracts means the contracts (whether or not in writing and including those currently being negotiated) under which any third party provides or will provide any element of, or services relating to, the IT Assets, including leasing, hire purchase, licensing, maintenance, website hosting, outsourcing, security, back-up, disaster recovery, insurance, cloud computing and other types of services agreements.

  • Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme. Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.
