Selections provisions of this Contract shall not apply;
Selections means a Player’s choices of play elements, outcomes of play, or such other information specific to the POOLS game issued by the Corporation;

  • CIBOR means the Copenhagen interbank offered rate;

  • LIBOR Loans means a Loan or any portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • Eurodollar when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate.

  • Rates means a municipal rate on property envisaged in section 229 (1) of the Constitution read with the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act 6 of 2004 and the Local Government: Municipal Finance Act 56 of 2003;

  • CDOR has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate.”

  • STIBOR means the Stockholm inter-bank offered rate.

  • HIBOR means the Hong Kong inter-bank offered rate.

  • Benchmark means, initially, the Term SOFR Reference Rate; provided that if a Benchmark Transition Event has occurred with respect to the Term SOFR Reference Rate or the then-current Benchmark, then “Benchmark” means the applicable Benchmark Replacement to the extent that such Benchmark Replacement has replaced such prior benchmark rate pursuant to Section 2.12(d)(iii)(A).

  • SOR means steam to oil ratio.

  • Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
