Self-contained vehicle definition

Self-contained vehicle means a vehicle which can operate independent of connections to sewer, water and electrical systems. It contains a water-flushed toilet, lavatory, shower and kitchen sink all of which are connected to water storage and sewage holding tanks located within the vehicle.
Self-contained vehicle means a Vehicle that has internal cooking facilities, sleeping facilities plus water tanks for drinking and other purposes, holding tanks for “grey water” and holding tanks for toilet effluent and shower facilities;
Self-contained vehicle means a self propelled mobile unit capable of providing human occupancy and which shall contain at minimum a toilet and sink with a holding tank or similar receptacle capable of managing waste water from the toilet and sink and all other appliances that produce waste water, a food preparation area, and sleeping facilities, but which shall not include barbecues or other external elements normally associated with camping.
