Self-Filer definition
Self-Filer means a Participant who is allowed (by these Rules) to create Electronic Documents from sources defined in paragraph 3.c; and may forward Electronic Documents (created by themselves or received from other Participants) to other Participants, or Submit them directly to a Clerk; but is restricted by only being allowed to perform such operations on Electronic Documents if they themselves are a party to the document, or if the Electronic Document is a Plat.
Self-Filer means a Participant allowed (by these Standards) to create an Electronic Document from an ink–signed, paper-based Document or Authenticated Record, and to Submit such Electronic Documents to a Clerk Portal; but is restricted by only being allowed to perform such operations on Electronic Documents if they themselves are a party to and will be the Final Submitter thereof.
