Seller Fees definition

Seller Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a).
Seller Fees. In addition to Covenant fees, other fees* may apply at closing. Depending on how a Purchase Contract is initially structured and the type of loan involved (Conventional, FHA, or VA), if any, the Seller should expect to pay for some or all the following at closing:  Owner’s Title Policy and Extended Coverage Premiums  Title Research & Abstracting Fees  Title Order Cancellation Fee (if applicable)  XXX: Remote Online Notarization (signing done via the internet on a computer or smart phone)  Certified Signing Agent Fees (if XXX is unavailable and signing outside Covenant’s service area/state)  Existing Loan Payoff(s), i.e. outstanding loan balancesRelease of Deed of Trust Processing Fee(s)  Prorated Real Estate Taxes (may be offset by reserves)  Tax Certification  Prorated Water and Sewer (this will be held in an escrow account by Covenant. Seller Fees has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.24 hereof.

Examples of Seller Fees in a sentence

  • This includes periodic changes to our Privacy Policy, Copyright & Trademark Policy, Community Guidelines, Seller Fees and Payout Rates Policy, and any other policies which are incorporated as part of these Terms.

  • Throughout the sale process, the Seller shall have full visibility over the Price and the corresponding Seller Fees.

  • The applicable Seller Fees’ scale, subject to any sales by Trade Sellers or sales of Products that are put back on sale – for which the principle of the Seller Fees does not apply - is as follows: The Seller Fees collected by Vestiaire Collective shall correspond to the sum paid for each Transaction to Vestiaire Collective by the Buyers, in return for the intermediation services between Seller and Buyer, and where applicable for checking and dispatching the Products.

  • Prior to advertising their Products for sale on the Web Site or lowering the Price of a Product, the Sellers must confirm, each time, that they accept the Price and Vestiaire Collective’s Seller Fees.

  • A Seller may lower the Price of a Product, in which case the Seller Fees of Vestiaire Collective shall be adjusted in keeping with the Seller Fees’ scale as described in article 9 below and the previous Price could be shown crossed out on the Product Page.

  • These Seller Fees shall be included in the sale Price of the Product as shown on the Web Site and are specified at the time of acceptance by Vestiaire Collective of the Product File created by the Seller.


More Definitions of Seller Fees

Seller Fees means: (a) for a Service Contract, the fixed fee agreed between a Buyer and a Seller; and (b) any bonuses or other payments made by a Buyer to a Seller.

Seller Fees means the fees payable by Mowven Customers when such Mowven Customers list and/or sell Automobiles on Mowven.

Related to Seller Fees

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions;

  • Tax Fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Agent's Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.5(c).
