Seller Governmental Approval definition

Seller Governmental Approval means a Governmental Approval necessary for Seller to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the other Acquisition Documents.
Seller Governmental Approval means the consents, approvals, filings, notices, authorizations and other actions disclosed in Schedule 7.03 and the applicable requirements of the HSR Act.
Seller Governmental Approval means (a) the expiration or early termination of the waiting period required by the HSR Act and (b) the approval of FERC under Section 203 of the Federal Power Act.
