Seller Plans definition

Seller Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).
Seller Plans shall have the meaning set forth on Schedule 3.15.

  • No act or failure to act by Seller has resulted in a "prohibited transaction" (as defined in ERISA) with respect to the Seller Plans.

More Definitions of Seller Plans

Seller Plans means all Employee Plans that are sponsored, maintained or contributed to by Seller or an Affiliate of Seller on behalf of the Subject Employees.

Seller Plans means all Benefit Plans that are sponsored, maintained or contributed to by Seller or RVEP on behalf of the U.S. Employees.
