Company Plans definition

Company Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(a).

Examples of Company Plans in a sentence

• All such plans, agreements, programs, policies and arrangements shall be collectively referred to as the "Company Plans".

Company Plans means each Plan that the Company and each of its Subsidiaries maintains or to which the Company and each of its Subsidiaries contributes.
