Seller Preferred definition

Seller Preferred means the $7,000,000 face amount of Borrower's redeemable preferred membership interests issued on the Issue Date.
Seller Preferred shall have the meaning given to such term in the recitals to this Agreement.
Seller Preferred means the preferred stock having a $50,000,000 aggregate liquidation/preference value issued on the Closing Date to the Seller by the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Acquisition Agreement.
