Selling Group definition

Selling Group has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2;
Selling Group means, collectively, those registered dealers appointed by the Agents to assist in the Offering as contemplated in the fifth paragraph of this agreement;
Selling Group has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6.

Selling Group means, collectively, those registered dealers appointed by the Underwriters to assist in the Offering;
