Selling Optionholders definition

Selling Optionholders means those Optionholders who have agreed to exercise their Options on or prior to Completion and who have agreed to sell the Ordinary Shares arising from their exercise of Options to the Buyer, the names and addresses of such Optionholders being as set out in Appendix 2;
Selling Optionholders means the "Option Holders" under, and as defined in, the Stock Purchase Agreement.
Selling Optionholders means each holder, as of immediately prior to the Closing, of a Seller Option, whether or not vested.

  • The Company shall purchase the Purchased Options from the Selling Optionholders pursuant to the terms of the Redemption Agreements and each Selling Optionholder shall execute an Option Cancellation Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit H (the "Option Cancellation Agreements").
