You may cancel this Agreement by informing the Selling Retailer of Your cancellation request within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the Agreement and You will receive a 100% refund of the full purchase price of the Agreement.
If You cancel within thirty (30) days of receipt of Your Agreement, You must first return to the Selling Retailer or to the Administrator should the Selling Retailer not be available.
If You purchased a Parts & Labor Repair Plan, the term of this Agreement begins on the product date of purchase or, if applicable, the date of installation of the Covered Product by the Selling Retailer (proof of installation date may be required if different from the product purchase date) and continues for the period indicated on the Declarations Page, Your sales receipt or invoice.
