• If You purchased the Date of Purchase Replacement Plan, the term of this Agreement begins on the product date of purchase or date of installation by the Selling Retailer (proof of installation date may be required if different from the product purchase date) and continues for the period indicated on the face of this Agreement or as indicated in the Declarations Page, Your sales receipt or invoice.
