Semi Professional definition

Semi Professional. -- means a boxer who competes in an elimination-style tournament as outlined in Section 45 of these rules. Semi- professional boxers may only compete in elimination-style tournaments and are prohibited from engaging in exhibition matches (demonstration events) with other boxers.
Semi Professional. – means a boxer who competes for money but is not licensed as a professional boxer. A semi-professional boxer may only compete in a two-night semi-professional event, as provided in Section 46 of this Series, or in a single-night semi-professional event, as provided in Section 46a of this Series.
Semi Professional means a person engaging in an activity regulated by Ark. Code Ann. 17-22-101 et seq. For pay or gain but not as a full-time occupation.
