Semiannual Rate Conversion Date definition

Semiannual Rate Conversion Date means the day on which the Bonds are converted to bear interest at a Semiannual Rate pursuant to Section 3.02(g) or (h).
Semiannual Rate Conversion Date means the Conversion Date on which any Bonds are converted to bear interest at a Semiannual Rate pursuant to Section 3.2(h) or (i) hereof, which is immediately preceded by a day on which said Bonds did not bear interest at a Semiannual Rate.
Semiannual Rate Conversion Date means the day on which interest on a Series of Variable Rate Bonds begins to accrue at a Semiannual Rate following conversion from a different Variable Rate pursuant to the Indenture.

Examples of Semiannual Rate Conversion Date in a sentence

  • Whenever a Series of 2010 Bonds is to bear interest at a Semiannual Rate, Semiannual Rate Periods shall commence initially on the Semiannual Rate Conversion Date, which shall be a February 1 or August 1, whether or not a Business Day subject to the provisions of subsection (h) of this Section, and on each February 1 and August 1 thereafter; and end on the January 31 following such August 1 or the July 31 following such February 1, as the case may be.

  • Periods shall (A) commence on a Semiannual Rate Conversion Date and on the first day of each sixth (6th) calendar month thereafter; and (B) end on the day preceding either the commencement date of the following Semiannual Rate Period or the Conversion Date on which a different type of Rate Period shall become effective.
