Semiannual Valuation Date definition

Semiannual Valuation Date is defined in Section 2.2 of the Collateral Maintenance Agreement.
Semiannual Valuation Date means the last Friday of each six-month period, or if such Friday is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day.
Semiannual Valuation Date means June 30 and December 31 and such other dates as of which Company Stock is valued, as specified by the Plan Administrator.
