Seneca Gaming Corporation definition

Seneca Gaming Corporation or “SGC” shall mean the corporation chartered by the Nation on August 1, 2002, for the purpose of developing, constructing, owning, leasing, operating, managing, maintaining, promoting and financing Nation Gaming Facilities (as defined in the SGC Charter).
