Senior Assignment definition

Senior Assignment means the assignment of leases and rents document executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Lender, if such document is required and executed in connection with the Senior Loan.
Senior Assignment as used in the Original Second Mortgage shall mean, respectively, the Original First Mortgage and the Original First Assignment, each as amended hereby and as such documents may from time to time be amended, modified or restated.
Senior Assignment and "SENIOR MORTGAGE" are defined in Section 2.5.
