Senior Bonds definition

Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.
Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds.

More Definitions of Senior Bonds

Senior Bonds means any voter-approved revenue bonds, revenue notes or other similar evidences of indebtedness of the City heretofore or hereafter issued pursuant to the City Charter for the acquisition, construction and financing or refinancing of extensions of, additions to, repairs and replacements to, renewals of, and improvements of the Electric System, payable out of Gross Revenues on a basis senior to the Qualified Obligations. At present, there are no Senior Bonds outstanding and no authorized but unissued Senior Bonds.
Senior Bonds means debt securities issued pursuant to an Indenture that is a Senior Debt Instrument.
