Senior Funded Debt definition

Senior Funded Debt means all Funded Debt (except Funded Debt, the payment of which is subordinated to the payment of the Notes).

More Definitions of Senior Funded Debt

Senior Funded Debt means all Funded Debt of the Company which is not expressed to be subordinate or junior in rank to any other Funded Debt of the Company.
