Senior Guaranteed Notes Indenture definition
Senior Guaranteed Notes Indenture means the indenture, expected to be dated on or about the Issue Date, as amended, among, inter alios, the Issuer, as issuer and the trustee party thereto, governing the Senior Guaranteed Notes.
Senior Guaranteed Notes Indenture means the indenture dated as of the Issue Date, as amended or supplemented from time to time, among, inter alios, the Initial Issuer and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as trustee, governing the Senior Guaranteed Notes.
