In the event the Executive voluntarily terminates his employment in connection with or within one year after the election of a New Senior Leader accompanied by any of the changes described in this Section 6.9, he shall not be entitled to any severance pay and shall not be bound by the “Covenant Not to Compete” described in Section 7.
