Senior Leader definition

Senior Leader means the Chief Administrative Officer, Commissioners and Department Heads.
Senior Leader means any person who is: (a) a Reporting Insider of Superior, or (b) a member of the senior leadership team of Superior or one of Superior’s businesses identified on Schedule “A”.
Senior Leader means a senior executive who provides services to the Partnership, the General Partner, the Corporation or any Affiliate and who are administratively classified by the Partnership, the General Partner, the Corporation or any Affiliate in salary grade 88 or higher.

More Definitions of Senior Leader
