Senior Librarian means a person who, subsequent to obtaining the Certificate of the Library Association of Australia or qualifications equivalent to this certificate, has had at least four years experience and is required to perform work requiring greater skill, experience and responsibility and is deemed by the employer to be worthy of advancement.
