Senior Par Value Ratio definition

Senior Par Value Ratio means, as at any Measurement Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing the Par Coverage Numerator by the sum of the Super Senior Swap Notional Amount, the aggregate Principal Amount of the Senior Notes and each amount then available for Addition or Replenishment which has not been used to make an Addition or Replenishment, as the case may be.
