Senior Preferred Obligation means (i) any unsubordinated instrument or other obligation issued, entered into, or guaranteed by the Issuer, and (ii) any other instrument or obligation issued, entered into, or guaranteed by the Issuer that ranks or is expressed to rank senior to the Securities by operation of law or contract;
