Senior Rate definition

Senior Rate. For each Class of Notes, as specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
Senior Rate means, for the Series 2020-VF1 Notes, the Note Interest Rate.
Senior Rate means, for (i) Class A-T1, a rate per annum equal to 0.997%; (ii) Class B-T1, a rate per annum equal to 1.246%; (iii) Class C-T1, a rate per annum equal to 1.743%; (iv) Class D-T1, a rate per annum equal to 2.734%; (v) Class E-T1, a rate per annum equal to 4.458%; and (vi) Class F-T1, a rate per annum equal to 5.926%.

  • Collector shall continue to implement a Senior Rate Discount program.

  • Senior citizen Residential Customers may request a Senior Rate Discount either by phone or in writing.

More Definitions of Senior Rate

Senior Rate. For each Class of Notes, equals (a) the lesser of the Conduit Cost of Funds Rate and One-Month LIBOR plus (b) the Senior Margin for such Class.
