Indenture Supplement definition

Indenture Supplement means the Amended and Restated CHASEseries Indenture Supplement, dated as of October 15, 2004, among the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and the Collateral Agent.
Indenture Supplement means the Card Series Indenture Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Indenture Supplement means the Amended and Restated Indenture Supplement for the DiscoverSeries Notes, dated as of June 4, 2010, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as the same may be further amended, supplemented, restated, amended and restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.

Indenture Supplement means the Second Amended and Restated Indenture Supplement, dated as of December 22, 2015, for the DiscoverSeries Notes, between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as the same may be further amended, supplemented, restated, amended and restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.
Indenture Supplement means a supplement to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture, which particularly describes the Aircraft, and any Substitute Airframe, Replacement Airframe and/or Replacement Engine, included in the property subject to the Lien of the Indenture.
