Senior Recourse Indebtedness definition

Senior Recourse Indebtedness means all Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries (other than Indebtedness that is Non-Recourse Indebtedness and other than Subordinated Indebtedness).
Senior Recourse Indebtedness means all Senior Indebtedness other than Senior Indebtedness that is Non-Recourse Indebtedness plus Subsidiary Unsubordinated Indebtedness of each Subsidiary of LNR (but only to the extent not in excess of the book value of the assets of the issuer thereof) other than Subsidiary Unsubordinated Indebtedness of such Subsidiary that is Non-Recourse Indebtedness.
Senior Recourse Indebtedness means Senior Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, minus Nonrecourse Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis.

Senior Recourse Indebtedness means, for any period, (a) any Indebtedness of a Seller and its consolidated Subsidiaries during such period that can be subject to a margin call under any repurchase facility and (b) any Indebtedness of a Seller and its consolidated Subsidiaries during such period that has a scheduled maturity date on or before the Maturity Date.
Senior Recourse Indebtedness means Recourse Indebtedness that is secured by a Lien on the Collateral ranking equal in priority (but without regard to the control of remedies) with the Lien on the Collateral securing the Obligations.

For the avoidance of doubt, Unsecured Longer-Term Indebtedness shall also include any refinancing, refunding, renewal or extension of any Unsecured Longer-Term Indebtedness so long as such refinanced, refunded, renewed or extended Indebtedness continues to satisfy the requirements of this definition.

  • Senior Subordinated Indebtedness means the Securities and any other Indebtedness of the Company that specifically provides that such Indebtedness is to rank pari passu with the Securities in right of payment and is not subordinated by its terms in right of payment to any Indebtedness or other obligation of the Company which is not Senior Indebtedness.
