Senior Recourse Indebtedness definition
Senior Recourse Indebtedness means all Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries (other than Indebtedness that is Non-Recourse Indebtedness and other than Subordinated Indebtedness).
Senior Recourse Indebtedness means all Senior Indebtedness other than Senior Indebtedness that is Non-Recourse Indebtedness plus Subsidiary Unsubordinated Indebtedness of each Subsidiary of LNR (but only to the extent not in excess of the book value of the assets of the issuer thereof) other than Subsidiary Unsubordinated Indebtedness of such Subsidiary that is Non-Recourse Indebtedness.

Senior Recourse Indebtedness means, for any period, (a) any Indebtedness of a Seller and its consolidated Subsidiaries during such period that can be subject to a margin call under any repurchase facility and (b) any Indebtedness of a Seller and its consolidated Subsidiaries during such period that has a scheduled maturity date on or before the Maturity Date.
