Without in any way limiting the foregoing, the Reorganized Debtor will pay in Cash all reasonable and documented fees and expenses of the Senior Secured Note Trustee and Convertible Notes Trustee incurred after the Effective Date promptly upon request by the Senior Secured Note Trustee or the Convertible Notes Trustee.

Only the Issuer or the Senior Secured Note Trustee may give such notice.
Each of the Issuer and the Debenture Trustees agrees, and each Holder of a Debenture, by its acceptance thereof, likewise agrees, not to make any changes to this Indenture or the Debentures, including this Article and the definition of Senior Indebtedness and all related definitions, which materially prejudice the rights of the holders of Senior Indebtedness under this Article 7 without the consent of each holder of Senior Indebtedness or the Senior Secured Note Trustee.
