Senior Secured Note Trustee definition

Senior Secured Note Trustee means the note trustee in respect of the Senior Secured Notes.
Senior Secured Note Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee under the Senior Secured Note Indenture and any successor, replacement or additional trustee and their respective successors and assigns.
