Senior Secured Second Lien Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of March 4, 2011 under which the Senior Secured Second Lien Notes were issued, among the Borrower and certain of the Subsidiaries party thereto and the trustee named therein from time to time, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Agreement.
