Senior Term Loan Facility Agreement definition
Senior Term Loan Facility Agreement means the senior facility agreement dated July 25, 2017 for the €1,500,000,000 senior term loan facility among the Issuer, as the Borrower; certain Subsidiaries of the Issuer listed in Part I of Schedule 1 thereto, as the Original Guarantors; Bank of America ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ International Limited and Mediobanca—Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., as the Global Coordinators, Bookrunners and Mandated Lead Arrangers; the entities listed in Part III of Schedule 1 thereto as the Bookrunners and Mandated Lead Arrangers; the entities listed in Part IV of Schedule 1 thereto as the Mandated Lead Arrangers; the financial institutions listed in Part II of Schedule 1, as the Original Lenders; and Mediobanca — Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., as the Agent, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced in whole or in part from time to time.
Senior Term Loan Facility Agreement means the senior term loan facility agreement dated March 28, 2013 (as most recently amended and restated pursuant to an amendment and restatement agreement dated 27 November 2015 and as further amended and/or restated from time to time) between, among others, the Issuer, Absa Bank Limited as Agent and Elephant OnTheCards Proprietary Limited as SPV Guarantor.
