Separate game definition

Separate game means each individual objective to be achieved within a card game that requires a separate wager and results in a distinct and separate pay out based upon the outcome.

  • Home and community-based services or "HCBS" means Home and Community-Based Services as defined in OAR chapter 411, division 004.

  • Outsourcer As defined in Section 3.02.

  • Geographic Service Area or “Service Area” means an area as defined in Section 1345(k) of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:
