Separately Metered Utilities definition

Separately Metered Utilities means those utility services separately metered (including sub-metering) to the Premises;

Examples of Separately Metered Utilities in a sentence

  • Tenant shall pay for all Separately Metered Utilities (which will include water, gas and electricity, telephone, sewer, sprinkler services, refuse and trash collection), and other utilities and services used on the Premises, all maintenance charges for Separately Metered Utilities, and any storm sewer charges or other similar charges for utilities imposed by any governmental entity or utility provider, together with any taxes, penalties, surcharges or the like pertaining to Tenant’s use of the Premises.

  • Tenant, at Tenant’s cost, will pay the charges for all Separately Metered Utilities directly to supplier thereof.
