Sequential Amortization Period definition

Sequential Amortization Period means the period commencing on the Determination Date upon which a Sequential Amortization Event occurs and ending on the earlier to occur of (i) the Determination Date upon which all existing Sequential Amortization Events have been cured and no longer continuing and (ii) the day the Notes have been paid in full and all other amounts due and payable under the Indenture have been paid in full.

  • If the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account exceeds the Reserve Account Required Balance on any Payment Date during a Sequential Amortization Period, the amount of such excess will be transferred into the Collection Account and will be part of the Available Funds distributed pursuant to the Priority of Payments for such Payment Date.

Sequential Amortization Period means a Curable Amortization Period or an Extended Amortization Period.
Sequential Amortization Period. The period commencing on a Sequential Amortization Commencement Date and, if such Sequential Amortization Commencement Date occurred as a result of the failure to pay a class of Class A Notes in full on its Targeted Final Distribution Date, ending on the Distribution Date on which such class of Class A Notes is paid in full so long as such Distribution Date occurs prior to the Targeted Final Distribution Date for the class of Class A Notes with the next highest numerical designation; provided that a Sequential Amortization Period shall not so terminate if the failure to so pay a class of Class A Notes in full on its Targeted Final Distribution Date follows a failure to pay the class of Class A Notes with the next lowest numerical designation on its Targeted Final Distribution Date.

  • Rapid Amortization Period means the Amortization Period commencing on the Pay Out Commencement Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (a) the Series 2001-D Termination Date and (b) the termination of the Trust pursuant to Section 12.01 of the Agreement.

  • Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, or any Class within a Series, a period following the Revolving Period during which principal is distributed to Investor Certificateholders, which shall be the controlled amortization period, the principal amortization period, the rapid amortization period, or other amortization period, in each case as defined with respect to such Series in the related Supplement.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Class C Interest Coverage Test means the test which will apply as of any Measurement Date occurring on and after the Determination Date immediately preceding the second Payment Date and which will be satisfied on such Measurement Date if the Class C Interest Coverage Ratio is at least equal to 110.0 per cent.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.
