Sequential Class M Certificates the Class M-1 Certificates, the Class M-2 Certificates and the Class M-3 Certificates.
Class M Certificates Any of the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5 and Class M-6 Certificates.
Class M Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class M-1 Certificate, Class M-2 Certificate or Class M-3 Certificate.
Sequential Pay Certificates The Class X-0, Xxxxx X-0, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-AB, Class A-S, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F and Class G Certificates, collectively.
Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".
Class A-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".
Class M-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-1".
Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class A-2 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-2 hereto.
Class M-5 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-5".
Class M-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-2".
Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class A-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class A-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class A-5 Certificate.
Class M-4 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-4".
Class M-6 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-6".
Class M-2 Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates.
Class A-4 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-4".
Group 2 Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Class M-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-3".
Class B-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-1".
Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".
Class M-1 Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates.
Class M-1 Certificate Any one of the Class M-1 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-3".
Class B-2 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-2 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-2 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-2 Certificate.
Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.
