Series 2 Class M Notes means the (euro)[45,000,000] Series 2 Class M floating rate notes due March 2044;
Series 2 Class M Notes means the A53,500,000 Series 2 Class M floating rate notes due June 2044;

  • Repayment of principal in respect of the Controlled Amortisation Amount on the Series 1 Class M Notes, the Series 2 Class M Notes and the Series 3 Class M Notes will be made in no order of priority among them but in proportion to the respective Controlled Amortisation Amounts due on the Class M Notes.

  • Among the Series 2 Notes, payments of interest on the Series 2 Class A Notes will be made ahead of payments of interest on the Series 2 Class B Notes, the Series 2 Class M Notes and the Series 2 Class C Notes, payments of interest on the Series 2 Class B Notes will be made ahead of payments of interest on the Series 2 Class M Notes and the Series 2 Class C Notes and payments of interest on the Series 2 Class M Notes will be made ahead of payments of interest on the Series 2 Class C Notes.
