Series 2000 Certificate definition

Series 2000 Certificate is defined in the Series 2000 Supplement.
Series 2000 Certificate means any investor certificate in the Master Trust created by this Series Supplement.
Series 2000 Certificate means the Series 2000 Certificate, issued pursuant to the Prior Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the Prior Series 2000 Supplement, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
