Series 2010 Project definition

Series 2010 Project means the acquisition, construction and equipping of a new government center building, including, without limitation, furniture, fixtures and equipment and associated support systems, parking facilities and infrastructure improvements related thereto, and the acquisition of the real property upon which such building and associated support systems, parking facilities and infrastructure improvements related thereto are to be constructed; provided, however, that the Series 2010 Project may instead consist of the acquisition, improvement and equipping of an existing building for use as a new government center (and the real property upon which such building is situated) including, without limitation, furniture, fixtures and equipment and associated support systems, parking facilities and infrastructure improvements related thereto, all as may be determined by the Town Council and provided for in a subsequent resolution of the Town Council.
Series 2010 Project means the educational facilities, equipment and improvements described as the "Series 2010 Project" in Lease Schedule No. 2010, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time.
Series 2010 Project means capital improvements to the System described in Exhibit D, and such other capital improvements as the Authority may determine to undertake that meet the definition of Project. Section 1.103. Reference to Articles and Sections. Unless otherwise indicated, all references herein to particular articles or sections are references to articles or sections of this First Supplemental Agreement.

More Definitions of Series 2010 Project

Series 2010 Project means the facilities originally financed with the proceeds of the Series 2010 Obligations.
Series 2010 Project means the costs to acquire a leasehold interest in the Existing Facilities Site and the Proposed Facilities Site pursuant to the Ground Sublease Agreement and the costs to finance the acquisition, construction and installation of the Proposed Facilities.

Related to Series 2010 Project

  • Class A-P Collection Shortfall With respect to the Cash Liquidation or REO Disposition of a Discount Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the excess of the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(1) over the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(2).

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Investor Interest Collections means, for a Deposit Date or Collection Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Floating Investor Percentage for the related Collection Period, times (b) the Interest Collections for that Deposit Date or Collection Period, as applicable.

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Class A Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class A Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(a).

  • Noteholders’ Monthly Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Notes, interest accrued at the respective Interest Rate during the applicable Interest Period on the principal amount of the Notes of such Class outstanding as of the end of the prior Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, as of the Closing Date), calculated (x) for the Class A-1 Notes and the Class A-2-B Notes on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in the applicable Interest Period and (y) for all other Classes of Notes on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months (without adjustment for the actual number of business days elapsed in the applicable Interest Period), except with respect to the first Interest Period.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.

  • Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.

  • Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the aggregate amount retained in the Collection Account for Series 2007-A pursuant to Section 4.01(c)(ii) for such Monthly Period.

  • Class B-4 Interest Shortfall Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount by which the Interest Accrual Amount of the Class B-4 Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date exceeds the amount distributed in respect of the Class B-4 Certificates on such Distribution Date pursuant to Paragraph fourteenth of Section 4.01(a).
